If you’re doing a full scale renovation or new build, and you need a designer to guide you through the entire design and selections process, this one’s for you. This service will ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout your home and allow you to spend your precious time elsewhere.
INCLUSIONS: A typical design package looks like this…
2-hour initial design consultation to gain an understanding of your project and your vision, and also review your floor plans if needed.
Colour Selection Meeting (up to six hours) where we’ll go through your entire project and help you select all interior/finishes for your project. This includes tiles, flooring, tapware, cabinetry, benchtops and much more.
Full documentation of selections for your builder and trades
Cabinetry Design Concepts and documentation incl 2D and 3D drawings.
Additional services can include site visits for plumbing/electrical/tile rough ins, selection of electrical items, coordination of 3D rendering services and ordering of samples. We’ll tailor a package to suit your project!
INVESTMENT: You’re a unique person, and your home should reflect that. Therefore, each design project differs from the next, and one price definitely does not fit all. And I want to make sure you’re getting more bang for your buck. Upon consultation I’ll be able to dive deeper into your project requirements and discuss pricing framework with you.
mini design sessions
If you’re building new or renovating and in need of some professional interiors design advice, but you’re not ready to commit to a full scale design service, then this could be just what you need.
INCLUSIONS: You’ll receive 2 hours of one on one time with Janelle to discuss any elements of your project that you need assistance with. You can use this time however you see fit.
WHERE: We can meet for your design session at our interior design studio in Carina, or at a location that suits you (home/site/coffee shop, the choice is yours).

INVESTMENT: Mini Design Sessions conducted at Janelle’s studio are priced at $420. Sessions conducted on site at your project location or elsewhere are priced at $500.
furniture
Although we currently do not offer full scale decoration services, we are happy to assist you in purchasing furniture through our trade-only suppliers.
HOW IT WORKS: Let us know what pieces you have your eye on and we’ll send you a quote. Upon your acceptance of the quote we will provide payment options and provide you with a shipping ETA.
SUPPLIERS: Our recommended suppliers for furniture are Uniqwa, Globewest and Satara Living. If you have other suppliers you’d like to purchase from, please let us know.
INVESTMENT: A small administration fee of $500 + GST will be charged to cover our time ordering and coordinating your beautiful new pieces.
