CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
With your brief in hand, we begin crafting the overarching design concept for your project. This is where the creative vision takes shape. Every room, every transition, every material decision considered as part of a cohesive whole.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Before a single material is selected, we present your project's full design vision in a dedicated, structured presentation meeting.
SOURCING
We take full ownership of the material sourcing process so you don't have to. We consider quality, longevity, lead times, and budget appropriateness for every selection.
COLOUR SELECTIONS
Finishes, fixtures and joinery selected specifically so your project has its own distinct character. Once every finish has been finalised, we produce a colour selection schedule for you to pass onto your builder.
CABINETRY DRAWINGS
We produce a full set of 2D technical cabinetry documentation for every joinery item throughout your project.
3D VISUALISATION
We produce a full set of 3D renders so you can visualise your spaces, allowing you to feel confident in every decision made before construction of your project begins.
ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING
We review your electrical plans to identify where changes may be needed. A mark up of locations of any feature lighting is also provided.
SITE VISITS
Janelle works directly with your builder through the rough-in of electrical, plumbing and tile layout stages on-site.
ONGOING SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION
From our first meeting through to your final sign-off, you have direct access to Janelle for support.

A cohesive, market-ready internal and external colour scheme for your project, ready to hand to your builder.

Based on everything we learn in your initial consultation, we head to our supplier showrooms to hand-select materials specifically for your project.
COLOUR SELECTIONS
Finishes, fixtures and joinery are sourced and selected specifically for your project. Tiles, flooring, paint, bench tops, joinery, hardware and tapware; you name it, we specify it.
SELECTION SCHEDULE
Once every finish has been finalised, we produce a colour selection schedule for you to pass onto your builder. This document captures every fixture, fitting, and finish selected for your project.
